Welcome to Aaron’s Concierge. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Services Provided
Aaron’s Concierge offers personal concierge and lifestyle support services including, but not limited to: errands, transportation, appointment coordination, home and property assistance, relocation support, companionship and senior support, and other agreed-upon tasks.
Services are tailored to client needs and subject to availability. Aaron’s Concierge reserves the right to decline any request deemed unsafe, unlawful, or outside our scope of service.
Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information regarding requested tasks.

Ensure a safe working environment (e.g., safe access to property, pets managed, no hazardous conditions).

Provide necessary authorizations, payments, or access codes when applicable.

Agree not to request services that involve illegal activity or compromise safety.
Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted forms of payment: Credit/Debit card, Zelle, Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer

Additional fees may apply for mileage, evening/weekend services, holidays, or urgent requests.

Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service rate.

Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 60 days.
Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.

Aaron’s Concierge will never sell, share, or disclose client details without consent, except when required by law.

We respect your home, privacy, and personal property at all times.
Liability

Aaron’s Concierge is fully insured for general liability.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damages or defects in property/items.

Service delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

Third-party services arranged on behalf of the client (e.g., vendors, contractors).

Clients agree to indemnify Aaron’s Concierge against claims arising from misuse of services or false information provided.
Safety & Boundaries

Services are provided at our discretion, prioritizing client safety, staff safety, and compliance with the law.

We reserve the right to refuse service if situations are unsafe, inappropriate, or outside agreed scope.
Modifications
Aaron’s Concierge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via our website or email.
